By enrolling in and participating in motorcycle training activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Inherent Risks
Motorcycle training involves the operation of motor vehicles and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, serious injury, or death. These risks may arise from riding conditions, equipment failure, actions of other road users, or participant error.

Personal Responsibility
You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in motorcycle training and that you will promptly inform the instructor of any condition that may affect your ability to ride safely.

Compliance with Instructions
You agree to follow all instructions, safety briefings, and guidance provided by instructors at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the training course without refund.

Protective Equipment
You acknowledge that the use of appropriate protective equipment (including helmets, gloves, protective clothing, and footwear) is mandatory. You accept responsibility for ensuring that your equipment is suitable, correctly fitted, and worn at all times during training.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the training provider, its instructors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during participation in motorcycle training, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Motorcycle Condition
Where you are using your own motorcycle, you confirm that it is roadworthy, insured as required by law, and compliant with all legal and safety requirements.
